Swiss food and beverage company Nestlé confirmed in a statement Sunday that 12 tons of KitKat candy bars were stolen while traveling across Europe.
A total of 413,793 candy bars went missing in transit between Nestlé’s factory in central Italy and its destination in Poland, according to the company.
