A Wetumpka man has been criminally charged following the boat crash death of his friend on the Alabama River in Montgomery County.
William Alexander Marks Acreman, 30, is charged with reckless murder in the March 24, 2026, death of 30-year-old Johnathan Barranger of Nashville.
