A man found unconscious and not breathing in his Madison County Jail cell on Sunday died, law enforcement announced.
Jail staff and medical nursing staff responded to a medical emergency involving 39-year-old Tyneika Dragg. HEMSI and Huntsville Fire Department first responders initiated resuscitation efforts but were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead the afternoon of May 17.
