54-year-old identified as woman killed in Birmingham hit-and-run

Authorities have released the name of a woman killed in a hit-and-run in Birmingham.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Paretha Deshun Marshall. She was 54 and lived in Birmingham.
