George R.R. Martin, who penned the book that inspired HBO’s “House of the Dragon,” has admitted he has an “abysmal” relationship with showrunner Ryan Condal. Perhaps it comes as no surprise then that “House of the Dragon” has many differences from the book it’s based on, “Fire & Blood.”
