An actress best known for playing roles on the iconic 1970s series “MASH” has died at 94.
Gwen Farrell Adair died of natural causes in Sherman Oaks, California, her son told entertainment site Deadline.com. show’sShe first appeared on the second episode of MASH in 1972 and played various nurses – Gwen, Wilson, Butler and Able, as well as an anesthesiologist – during the shows 11-year run.
