An Alabama couple is behind bars in Indiana after allegedly using their own children in an elaborate football fundraising scheme to scam locals out of money.
According to the Vincennes Police Department, Amanda Peyregne, 37, and Andrew Peyregne, 47, originally from Mobile, were arrested on April 22.
