Alabama eyeing major change to vaping laws

A study published by the National Library of Medicine found that vaping indoors may expose nonusers to nicotine but not to the toxic combustion products found in second-hand smoke from tobacco.

The Alabama House of Representatives on Thursday passed a bill that would ban vaping in public places under the same law that now bans smoking.
