A Florence man faces felony charges after authorities say he fabricated an emergency call and barricaded himself inside a Utah correctional facility early Wednesday morning.
Kevin Firmstone, 42, called 911 from inside the Purgatory Correctional Facility lobby around 3:15 a.m., falsely reporting that armed individuals were barricaded in the front office, according to a report from local news outlet KSL.
