Alabama mother accused of child abuse allegedly put camera in teen’s room to watch him change clothes

An Alabama mother is accused of repeatedly hitting her three children with spatulas and putting a camera in her teen son’s room for sexual gratification.

Chelsey Herndon, 33, is charged with three counts of aggravated child abuse and one count of aggravated criminal surveillance.
