22 states, highlighted here in green, have bought into the Trump Administration's waivers to block the use of SNAP benefits for products like soft drinks and candy.

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey on Wednesday signed a bill intended to stop people from buying candy and sodas with benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
