New research reveals the Alabama counties with the highest rates of accidental drug overdoses from 2019 to 2024.
Bullock County had the highest rate over the six-year period, at 101 accidental overdoses per 100,000 residents, according to researchers at Ojai Recovery, a substance-abuse treatment facility.
