A day of festivals designed to celebrate unity in a small Alabama town in Clarke County was marred by gunfire this weekend.
Coffeeville Day on Saturday was interrupted when people fired weapons, including an automatic gun, and one person was hit by a fleeing vehicle, according to the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.
