Residents across Hawaii are preparing for another round of severe weather as Tropical Storm Moke moves toward the islands, bringing the threat of heavy rain, gusty winds, flooding and mudslides to areas still recovering from Hurricane Lala’s destructive impacts just days ago. Forecasters say the Big Island is expected to receive the most significant effects from the storm as it tracks through the central Pacific.
