Appeals court agrees Alabama’s nitrogen execution method ‘likely unconstitutional’

Alabama is likely taking their fight to defend the state’s controversial nitrogen gas execution method to the U.S. Supreme Court after an appellate court late Wednesday agreed that it was unconstitutional.
