Thiago Nahuel Pocovi, 26, was charged with manslaughter charges after Sofia Devries, 23, was found dead two days after she disappeared during scuba diving lessons in southern Argentina on Feb. 16.

A young scuba diver is dead, and a diving instructor has been charged.
