Auburn school bus driver, 75, charged in crash that killed cupcake shop owner

A 75-year-old school bus driver has been criminally charged in a 2025 traffic crash that killed that an Opelika business owner.

A Lee County grand jury indicted Theresa McCloud on charges of homicide by vehicle and criminally negligent homicide.
