Bed bugs are spreading — these cities rank highest

Chicago has once again topped a national list of U.S. cities with the highest number of bed bug treatments, according to pest control company Orkin’s 2026 rankings. The company’s annual report tracks where its technicians performed the most residential and commercial bed bug treatments during the previous year.
