Birmingham hotels fill with football fans, storm evacuees, concertgoers

The nine-story Tutwiler Hotel on corner of 20th Street and Park Place in Birmingham was built in 1914 as Ridgely Apartments. It was later christened as the new Tutwiler Hotel in homage to the original hotel.

Birmingham hotels are close to sold out this weekend, filled to the brim with football fans, concertgoers and storm evacuees.
