Birmingham man allegedly set vehicle on fire with woman inside

A Birmingham man is under arrest after police say he set fire to a vehicle with a person still inside.

Charlton D. Turner, 43, is charged with attempted murder, menacing, stalking and first-degree criminal mischief.
