Bond denied for Birmingham man accused of setting fire to car with ex-girlfriend in it

A Birmingham man accused of setting a vehicle on fire with his ex-girlfriend inside will remain in jail without bond.

Charlton D. Turner, 43, is charged with attempted murder, menacing, stalking and first-degree criminal mischief.
