Brace for damaging winds and half-dollar-sized hail with thunderstorms in Butler and Crenshaw counties Tuesday

The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning at 6:17 p.m. on Tuesday in effect until 7 p.m. for Butler and Crenshaw counties.

The storms may bring half-dollar-sized hail (1.25 inches) and wind gusts of up to 60 mph.
