A case involving a north Alabama police officer is headed to the grand jury.
A grand jury in Morgan County will hear the case against Decatur Police Officer Elijah Cole, who is charged with financial exploitation of an elderly person and theft. Cole was arrested on March 9 and immediately placed on administrative leave.
