Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold turned himself in to law-enforcement authorities in Tampa, Florida, on Wednesday night and will be formally charged on Thursday in connection with a robbery and kidnapping, the Hillsborough County (Florida) State Attorney’s Office announced.
