With its complex, savory flavors, chile crisp can be used in so many ways -- as a condiment, a marinade, a dipping sauce. As it turns out, it also adds a fantastic spicy kick to these cheese crackers, from my cookbook “Baking and the Meaning of Life” (Abrams, 2025).
