In a move that signals the continued evolution of its multimedia and cultural storytelling platform, The Hype Magazine has appointed Courtney “Coco” Robinson as its new Creative Director. The appointment marks a key step in the publication’s ongoing expansion under the direction of Avehre, who has been assembling a dynamic leadership team to guide the magazine’s next era of influence across music, film, and digital media.

Known professionally as Coco, she joins the organization as a seasoned music and media executive whose work spans artist development, film production, brand storytelling, and talent representation. With experience across multiple sectors of entertainment, Coco has built a reputation for bringing creative vision and strategic leadership together to move projects from concept to cultural impact.

As Creative Director, Coco will help shape the visual identity, editorial aesthetics, and multimedia storytelling initiatives across The Hype Magazine’s expanding digital and multimedia platforms.

Coco currently serves as Client Relations Manager for Fabre Studios and Fabre Media, where she oversees high-level partnerships, talent relationships, and client development for projects spanning film, television, and multimedia production.

Beyond her executive leadership, Coco is actively developing original film and television concepts while contributing creatively to projects as a director, producer, and writer. Her ability to move fluidly between executive strategy and creative development has positioned her as a rising force across the entertainment industry.

She is also the founder of Main Character Network, a platform dedicated to helping artists, creatives, and public figures build influential brands and long-term careers across entertainment and media. Through this work, Coco represents high-level talent, including award-winning actor, author, and entrepreneur Hill Harper, and serves as Director of Operations across several of his companies, helping guide business strategy, partnerships, and operational growth.

Her entrepreneurial reach also extends into the music industry as a part-owner of CJQ, LLC and Atlanta Record Factory, where she contributes to artist development, studio operations, and strategic growth.

“A leader like Coco brings both vision and execution,” said Avehre. “Her ability to understand storytelling from both the creative and business perspectives makes her an incredible addition to our leadership team. As we continue expanding The Hype Magazine’s global cultural platform, Coco represents exactly the kind of visionary leadership we want helping shape the future of the brand.”

With Coco now joining the leadership team, The Hype Magazine continues strengthening its commitment to empowering innovative voices across music, media, film, and digital culture.
