A federal appeals court ruled Monday that an Alabama father convicted of possessing child pornography still has a fundamental right to live with his son.
The 8-5 decision by the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals came in a case challenging part of Alabama’s Sex Offender Registration and Community Notification Act.
