DA drops charges against man accused of throwing kittens to their death on I-65 in Homewood

Charges have been dismissed against a 21-year-old man who was accused of throwing kittens from a moving vehicle on Interstate 65 in Homewood.

Thomas Ronald Liccione was charged with aggravated animal cruelty. He was initially arrested on May 31.
