Dear Abby: I was in a relationship with my daughter’s father for 11 years. From the beginning, he lied, manipulated and cheated. My family was aware of it. When I finally had had enough and left, my family decided to maintain a relationship with him (dinners, parties, camping, holidays). He is not a good person.
