The driver of a truck involved in an April 11 crash that killed a north Alabama family allegedly ran a red light before hitting the family’s SUV, according to police reports.
Garrett Nix was traveling eastbound in a Ford F-150 truck pulling a trailer carrying a Polaris Ranger when he allegedly drove through a red light and struck a Chevrolet Suburban that was headed northbound at the intersection of Highways 157 and 24 in Moulton, the police report showed.
