Ensler joins man’s fight against Alabama Power: ‘This guy had the guts to get involved’

Amid a legal battle against Alabama Power over an eminent domain dispute, property owner Fenn Church is praising an Alabama Democrat for visiting and touring his home.

Church made the comments last week about state Rep. Phillip Ensler, the Democratic nominee for lieutenant governor, saying a state representative visiting the property “has never occurred before.”
