Fairhope woman seeks $2 million after acquittal in inflatable penis costume arrest

A Fairhope woman acquitted of charges related to an arrest while wearing an inflatable penis costume during a “No Kings” rally in October is seeking $2 million in damages from the City of Fairhope, according to a four-page statement of claim submitted earlier this month.
