An Indiana murder case that remained unsolved for two decades has taken a major turn after authorities arrested a man accused of killing a woman and her young stepson in 2006, Fox59 reported. Police say 35-year-old Michael Jerome James was taken into custody and now faces murder charges connected to the deaths of Chynna Dickus, 26, and 10-year-old Blake Dickus in Franklin, Indiana.
