A train struck a vehicle in a deadly north Alabama incident killed a father and one child while leaving another child injured, according to authorities.
HEMSI spokesperson Don Webster confirmed the deaths and the incident that occurred at about 6:13 p.m. Wednesday near Highway 72 in Gurley.
