Police in Texas say a former Chick-fil-A employee processed about 800 fake mac and cheese orders, issuing refunds to personal accounts and causing more than $80,000 in losses.
Police said the investigation began in November 2025 after the owner of a Grapevine location reported a theft, according to a news release.
