A former Huntsville City School aide was arrested this week on abuse charges.
Tih Cottingham, 27, was a special education aide at Jones Valley Elementary School. She turned herself in to the Huntsville Police Department on Thursday on a torture/willful abuse of a child felony charge. She was released that same day on $3,000 bond.
