George “Snoozy” Jones, founder of landmark UAB bookstore, dies at 91

George Francis “Snoozy” Jones, the original University of Alabama at Birmingham football line coach, bookstore owner and Alabama High School Athletic Association Hall of Fame member, died July 6. He was 91.
