Gov. Kay Ivey appoints four new Alabama PSC members as commission expansion takes shape

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey on Wednesday announced four new members of the Public Service Commission as part of an expansion of the state’s utility regulator authorized by lawmakers earlier this spring.
