Gov. Kay Ivey calls second Alabama primary election in wake of Supreme Court ruling

Gov. Kay Ivey has called a second primary election after the U.S. Supreme Court lifted an injunction that had barred Alabama from using a congressional district map passed by the Legislature in 2023.
