Homeowners sue Birmingham, Nebius to block data center slated for Oxmoor Valley

Two Birmingham homeowners in Birmingham’s Oxmoor Valley neighborhood are suing the city and data center company Nebius Inc. to stop the construction of a multibillion-dollar AI factory.
