Homewood weighs possible demolition costs for uninhabitable apartment complex

Homewood City Council members questioned the cost of a possible demolition of the entire Park at Buckingham apartment complex during a Monday evening work session. Council Member Chris Lane told AL.com that demolishing the entire complex could cost more than $2 million or even $6 million if there is asbestos.
