The developer of Hoover’s Stadium Trace Village has laid out a more than $200 million plan for the project’s second phase.
The expansion of the massive project, which sits between Interstate 459 and Stadium Trace Parkway, includes a surgical healthcare center, senior living facility, recreational spaces and stormwater management systems. Developers are seeking approval for $28 million more in incentives from the city of Hoover to complete the more than $200 million development.
