The Hoover Buccaneers (3-4, 1-3) travel to Buddy Anderson Field at Reynolds Stadium on Friday to face the Vestavia Hills Rebels (5-1, 3-1) in the 62nd meeting between these crosstown rivals. While Hoover holds a commanding 39-22 edge in the all-time series and has won eight of the last 10 matchups, the Rebels enter as the hotter team after dismantling Tuscaloosa County 52-7 last week.
