Kontoor Brands announced Thursday it is seeking a buyer for Lee denim, a move that will allow the company to concentrate resources on its Wrangler and Helly Hansen brands.
According to a report from Retail Dive, the company designated Lee’s $195 million in first-quarter revenue as discontinued operations, signaling confidence a deal will close this year.
