Ivey, AHSAA agree to settle CHOOSE Act lawsuit

Gov. Kay Ivey announced Wednesday she has signed several healthcare bills, including one to update payments from health insurance plans to ambulance services to help those services stay in business and expand.

Gov. Kay Ivey’s lawsuit against the Alabama High School Athletic Association centering on CHOOSE Act funds has officially been dismissed.
