Ivey issues order to help Alabama farmers hit by skyrocketing diesel fuel prices

Gov. Kay Ivey on Thursday directed the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency to halt enforcement on dyed diesel fuel for the next 120 days.

The measure is meant to relieve the state’s agricultural and timber communities at a time of record high gas prices.
