Judge to hear arguments today in new challenge to Tommy Tuberville’s Alabama residency

A Montgomery County circuit judge will hear arguments today in the latest challenge to whether Sen. Tommy Tuberville meets the requirement to live in Alabama for seven years before being elected governor.
