Judge will rule soon on jurisdiction in Tommy Tuberville residency lawsuit

A Montgomery County judge said today she would rule as soon as possible on whether to dismiss a lawsuit challenging whether Sen. Tommy Tuberville meets the requirement to live in Alabama for seven years before being elected governor.
