Federal agents allegedly visited a Rochester home and later tracked a man to a New York City-area hotel following a critical email sent to ICE leadership, according to a federal lawsuit.

The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression filed a federal lawsuit Monday accusing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security of violating a New York man’s First Amendment rights after federal agents allegedly pursued him over a critical email sent to ICE leadership.
