A lawsuit has been filed by the father whose twin girls were killed and son was injured in an April car crash in Lawrence County.on
Shawn Tyler Pledger filed the lawsuit on Wednesday on behalf of his three children against another driver involved in the crash. Bryleigh and Brynleigh Pledger, 7, their 13-year-old brother Bryant Ballew and their mother, Ashley Hagood, were killed April 11 in a crash at the intersection of Highway 24 and Highway 157 in Moulton. Bentley Pledger, 10, was seriously injured in the crash and is now recovering at home.
